MORE INFORMATION

Photograph White-Tailed Eagles, Otters & SO MUCH MORE on the Isle OF MULL.

Join Apex Adventures for a truly special mini-adventure into the West Highlands of Scotland, designed for photographers that want something rare, intimate, and unforgettable.

This short but immersive trip is all about white-tailed eagles, Europe’s largest bird of prey, photographed in a wild, dramatic Scottish Highland setting. These are not generic encounters or crowded locations, the images you’ll create here are unique, shaped by remote landscapes, ever-changing light, and authentic behaviour that few people ever get to witness.

At the heart of the experience is a full day on the water onboard a purpose-built photography boat. The vessel is spacious, stable, and fully equipped, features include:

• An indoor dining area

• Onboard toilet

• Plenty of shelter from the elements

• Spacious decks from which to shoot comfortably

All food and drink are included, allowing you to stay focused on photography while enjoying the day in comfort as the Highlands drift past.

Either side of the boat day, you’ll stay in a stunning 18th-century country house, full of character and history, an atmospheric base that perfectly compliments the wild nature of the experience. Evenings are relaxed and sociable, with time to review images, talk photography, and soak up the setting.
